Dear Friends,

As I reflect on all that has occurred in the last couple months, I wanted to take the time to thank ALL of you who put so much love and time into your child’s life.  It warms my heart to see family units strengthened while working together toward a common goal.  I pray that through the process you were able to learn new skills and gain new friendships while working together as a team. 

With the help of my artistic team, it was exciting to see the vision that we created become reality on stage.  As I wandered around the theater, I could see how each team had contributed details to perfectly capture the theme of our show.  Throughout the process I sometimes wonder how things would get accomplished.  It always amazes me how everyone pulls together to ensure that we have a successful run.  I was truly blessed by all the hard work and dedication each of you sacrificed for the success of this show.  

I cannot express how exciting and honored it was to see your children perform during rehearsals and on the stage.  As a Director, they brought so much joy to my heart.  I love talking to patrons after shows that express how amazed they were at our talent.  One common question I receive is… “Do you have any children in the cast?” to which I always reply… “Yes!, 93 of them!”  Each member of the cast and crew has a special place in my heart.  As a Director, I have to make difficult decisions that are not always popular or met with favor.  When working with children, I try to ensure that each one is treated fairly and that they know how special they are.  I sincerely hope that you know that my role as a Director will never surpass that of loving your kids that you have entrusted to me for this show.

Now that our work is finished, we say good-bye with sad yet grateful hearts.  Thanks for your inspiring dedication and tremendous example to “my kids”.  Words cannot convey my gratitude for your tremendous contribution.  It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with all of you and to meet many of our new CYT families.  I look forward to working together again on future productions.

Improv Cram Session

Souvenir News

The Souvenir team is making more of the very popular starfish barrettes, and also has more light up displays for today’s show. If you’ve been hoping for either of these items, stop by the Souvenir table today!



For the winning bidders of the silent auction items, we’ll be accepting payments after the show. Payment options include cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. If you’ve placed a bid on any of the items, please check if you’ve won before you leave. If items are not claimed after the show, they will be taken to the office for payment/pickup no later than Wednesday, 11/17.

Worship on Sunday at 12:30 (optional)
CALL TIME: 1:00pm
STRIKE: EVERYONE helps clear out the theater and then we have our party in the cafeteria.
Scripts and CDs are due TOMORROW at Strike Party
Bring gifts/notes for your Show Buddies to the party
DVD- Order Forms will be available $20
Picture CD's will be ready for purchase $15
Strikes will be performed before dinner as soon as kids finish putting their boxes away
Awards- after dinner
Dancing- our DJ's return and they'll gladly accept donations at their table

Gathering Time

All of the cast and crew have worked so hard.  What a fun experience.

We want to make sure they have a time to get a memory item of their choice.

The souvenir booth will be open for our cast and crew between the matinee and evening shows on 11/13/10. 

We have cast and crew buttons, show ornaments, CYT scrapbook pages, shell barrettes, CYT bible holders, sealife collectables, frames, & much more. 

Take a minute and send a candy gram to a fellow cast or crew member. 

We have a few show bears left, so stop on by.
